Mission Statement:

I believe every client is entitled to their day in court. I maintain a professional image at all times and will aggressively work to represent your legal needs. A professional image includes the highest personal standards of customer service by returning client phone calls within twenty-four hours, being honest, listening to clients and understanding their needs. Furthermore, regardless of your legal problems, I offer you the respect you are entitled to in an attorney-client relationship. I encourage open communication with my clients by not judging them for their actions.

If you want an aggressive attorney that will fight for your side, then give me a call. I will not back down!

Areas of Practice:

I handle all types of Family Law issues, to which I devote 98% of my practice. I work in both District, Juvenile, and Appellate Courts. There is no family law case that is too big for me to handle, and I actively litigate matters in court every week. I typically handle the following types of cases: Adoptions, Child Abuse, Child Custody and Visitation, Child Support, Cohabitation Disputes, Divorce and Annulment, Domestic Violence, Enforcement of Decrees, Guardianship, Mediation, Name Changes, Palimony, Prenuptial Agreements, Restraining Orders, Separations, Spousal Support and Alimony, and Child Protective Orders.
