I handle all types of Family Law issues, to which I devote 98% of my practice. I work in both District, Juvenile, and Appellate Courts. I've helped parents gain custody of their children from spouses that neglect or abuse their children. I assist clients with changes to their divorce decrees. There is no family law case that is too big for me to handle, and I actively litigate matters in court every week.

Scott graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Nevada School of Law in May of 2010. Scott is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, Utah Supreme Court, Utah Court of Appeals, Federal District Court of Utah, and Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah. Scott's practice is primarily devoted to family court matters, appeals, criminal defense, landlord/tenant, and estate planning.
